Job summary

LRS Federal, a veteran-owned and led firm, seeks a skilled Construction Quality Control Manager to join our Fort Detrick program in Maryland. You will oversee on-site QA, review submittals, and ensure compliance with contract documents and safety standards.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, document daily findings in RMS, and use MS Project or Primavera P6 to assess schedules and critical path, supporting federal projects with rigor and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in building construction/renovation/modernization.
• Experience with EM 385-1-1 and OSHA requirements.
• Experience on federal projects and USACE processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and review contractor submittals with daily RMS reports.
• Inspect contractor storage facilities, materials, and equipment for contract compliance per EM 385-1-1 and OSHA.
• Monitor contractor methods and document findings, advising Government personnel.
• Use MS Project or Primavera P6 to analyze schedules and critical path impact.
