Accura Engineering seeks a Project Engineer to provide construction project engineering services, including project observation and reporting to government personnel. This role supports project development and delivery by implementing government decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities include overseeing contract administration and QA, reviewing schedules and submittals, and coordinating with the Designer-of-Record and QA staff to ensure compliance with contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, ABET-accredited.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in contract administration and/or office engineering.
• Experience with Resident Management System (RMS) is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schedules, and technical documents.
• Familiarity with local area permitting, utilities, and construction methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to obtain/maintain access to military installations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee construction, contract administration, and quality assurance activities.
• Analyze design and construction issues and advise on compliance with contract provisions and environmental requirements.
• Develop solutions to conflicting plan details or requirements identified during construction.
• Coordinate with DoR and CFM to incorporate recommendations into solutions.
• Review schedules and advise on progress, payments, and relationships to contracts.
