Job summary

The Project Engineer at Accura Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc provides engineering, construction management, and contract administration support for federal construction projects at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. You will review plans, monitor schedules, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and federal regulations.

You will work with government personnel, contractors, designers, and stakeholders to keep projects safe, on schedule, and within budget, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of engineering, construction management, or project management experience, or 10 years managing construction projects.
• Experience with USACE/DoD/federal programs preferred and MILCON/SRM projects preferred.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and ability to read technical drawings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Review Quality Assurance work for technical accuracy and contract compliance.
• Monitor contractor schedules and field construction conditions.
• Prepare negotiation/change order documents and manage submittals and RFI data.
• Advise Government on contract administration and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, designers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
