Job summary

Accura Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer to provide engineering, construction management, and contract administration support for federal construction programs at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. The role reviews QA, schedules, and documentation while guiding project execution with government personnel and contractors.

The candidate will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget conformance, while applying FAR/DFARS and military standards. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in engineering/construction/project management or 10 years in PM role.
• Experience with USACE/DoD or federal construction programs preferred.
• Ability to obtain access to military installations and pass background/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Review QA work for technical accuracy and code interpretation guidance.
• Review contractor schedules for conformance with methodology and contract.
• Manage construction documentation, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Advise Government on contract administration and federal regulations.
• Prepare negotiation and change order management documents.
• Coordinate with Government, contractors, designers, and stakeholders.
