Job summary

Accura Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of federal construction projects, from planning through closeout. You will lead schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors while ensuring compliance and quality.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in PM, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years Construction Project Management experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors; act as primary client contact.
