Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience on federal or government projects.
• Experience with a General Contractor.
• Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with construction project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage federal construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate with government clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Work closely with Superintendents to maintain schedule and budget.
• Manage subcontractor buyout and project documentation.
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet federal quality and safety requirements.
