The Contractor Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead federal construction projects in Chicago, IL. You will own the entire project lifecycle from award to closeout, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance with federal standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial, government, or federal construction.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles from award through closeout.
• Ability to develop and manage CPM schedules using scheduling software.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned federal construction projects from award through closeout.
• Lead project planning and coordination with Superintendents and subcontractors.
• Manage budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal requirements and safety standards.
