Established General Contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee federal construction projects from Philadelphia through North Jersey. This role is ideal for someone with strong federal experience who can manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Our client is an established General Contractor with a strong pipeline of federal construction projects throughout the Philadelphia and North Jersey markets. They are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to support continued growth.

  • Manage federal construction projects from start to finish

Profile

A successful Federal Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Strong experience working on federal or government projects
  • Experience working for a General Contractor
  • Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Strong knowledge of budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency with construction project management software
