Job summary

Michael Page US is seeking a Project Manager for Secure Federal Projects in Washington, DC. Lead complex government, institutional, and commercial project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget results.

You will manage estimating, procurement, contracts, and change orders, while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to drive successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Experience in estimating, proposals, contract negotiations, buyout and procurement strategies.
• Proficient CPM scheduling with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Knowledge of government contracting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction to closeout with scope, schedule, budget and quality accountability.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project and track progress.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Administer subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Conduct site visits to ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear documentation and reporting.
• Secure permits and ensure regulatory compliance and client programs.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Support business development through networking and relationships.
