Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site inspections of construction projects to verify compliance with design specifications and safety codes.
• Documents inspection results, deficiencies, and required corrective actions.
• Review submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and material certifications with engineers and project teams.
• Monitors construction progress and prepares daily reports, deficiency notices, and project status updates.
• Inspects materials and testing processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Oversees field construction services, enforcing safety, environmental, QA, and permitting requirements.
• Participates in pre-construction meetings, design reviews, and project closeout activities.
• Develops, mentors junior staff, and serves as liaison between contractors, engineering staff, and client.
