• OR a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible construction project management experience (subject to Government approval) in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 7 years of verifiable experience managing construction or renovation projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
• Must have successfully served as the primary Project Manager or in Estimating on at least three projects of similar size and complexity.
• Experience with federal facilities or similarly regulated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction and estimating for an upcoming project.
• Support a large Federal project, with preference for candidates experienced with GSA or similar agencies.
