Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a senior Estimator to lead all estimating efforts on the most complex and large-scale projects. You will develop estimates, budgets, and value engineering analyses while coordinating with design teams, owners, and subcontractors.

The role requires extensive experience in construction and strong proficiency in Excel and estimating software, with a focus on accuracy, collaboration, and timely bid delivery.

Formación

• BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 5+ years of estimating experience in construction.
• 10+ years overall construction experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in specialized estimating software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all estimating efforts on complex and large-scale projects.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and apply unit pricing for material and labor.
• Develop budgets, general conditions, and GMP exhibits.
• Coordinate with design teams and owners for scope and risk.
• Manage subcontractor solicitation and selection process.
• Ensure quality control of bids and estimates and timely submittals.
• Support business development activities including presentations.
