The role requires overseeing complex initiatives, coordinating with owners, subs, consultants and internal teams, and ensuring safety, schedules, and budgets are met.

The ideal candidate brings strong federal contracting experience, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience in commercial/general contracting.
• Strong federal/government construction experience.
• Ability to manage projects of varying sizes and complexity.
• Solid grasp of project financials, scheduling, contracts and change management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willing to travel to East Coast jobsites.
• Military/government project experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through completion and closeout.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Control schedules, budgets, costs, change orders and procurement.
• Monitor progress and address delays, risks and commercial issues.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
