Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Construction Representative to oversee DoD construction phases at F.E. Warren AFB, ensuring schedules, specs, and shop drawings are met. The role requires U.S. citizenship and passing a federal background check with drug screening.

You will inspect, report, and support contract modifications, reviewing plans and submittals, while coordinating with engineers, safety and QA teams to manage payments and progress. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED minimum; Construction related degree, preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience on construction projects large complex multimillion dollar federal projects
• Experience using RMS 3.0, preferred
• Experience with three-phase inspection process
• Experience with OSHA and EM 385-1-1 USACE Safety Manual, preferred

Responsibilities

• Observes and investigates construction phases for compliance with schedules, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Performs inspections and completes daily site reports in RMS; monitor progress, safety issues and subcontractor manpower.
• Assists in contract modification process; helps prepare scopes of work for RFPs, government estimates, and modification documentation.
• Reviews contractor plans and submittals for approval actions including progress schedules and safety/quality programs.
• Prepares correspondence regarding contractor performance, REAs, RFIs and other technical issues.
• Prepares partial and final payment estimates including quantity measurements and material verification.
• Monitors scheduled progress and notifies team of potential delays.
• Participates in RFI and Submittal reviews with designers and contractors.
• Logs and maintains data to aid project management and decision making.
• Performs other duties as assigned
