Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Construction Representative to support project execution at F.E. Warren AFB, Cheyenne, WY.

You will monitor construction phases, ensure schedules, specs, and shop drawings are followed, and coordinate with the Resident Engineer and COR. The role requires 5+ years of federal construction experience, RMS 3.0 familiarity, and ability to prepare estimates, RFIs/REAs, and contract modifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; construction-related degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in large complex federal construction projects; DoD/USACE preferred.
• Experience using RMS 3.0 is preferred.
• Experience with three-phase inspection process.
• Familiarity with OSHA and EM 385-1-1 safety manual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect construction phases for schedule, specs, and shop drawings; identify issues and propose changes.
• Complete daily site reports in RMS including progress, safety, and subcontractor manpower notes.
