Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction Representative to support F.E. Warren AFB (Cheyenne, WY) on complex federal projects.

You will monitor construction phases, prepare reports, review submittals, assist in contract modifications, and coordinate with engineering teams. A high school diploma and at least 5 years of DoD/USACE experience are required; RMS 3.0 familiarity is preferred; US citizenship and background check are required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED minimum; construction-related degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience on large federal construction projects (DoD/USACE preferred).
• Experience using RMS 3.0 is preferred.
• Experience with three-phase inspection process.
• Experience with OSHA and EM 385-1-1 USACE Safety Manual is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Observes and investigates construction phases for compliance with schedules, specifications, and shop drawings; identifies problems and assesses need for contract modifications.
• Performs inspections and completes daily site reports in RMS with comments on progress and safety issues.
• Assists in contract modification processes and preparation of scopes of work, estimates, and contract modification documents.
• Reviews contractor plans and submittals for approval, including schedules, safety, quality programs, and shop drawings.
• Prepares correspondence regarding contractor performance, REAs, RFIs, and other technical issues.
• Prepares partial and final payment estimates and verifies materials and percent complete.
• Monitors progress and advises project team of potential delays; participates in RFI/Submittal reviews.
• Logs and maintains data to assist with project management and decision making.

Educación

High School Diploma/GED minimum; Construction related degree preferred
