Job summary

Outside The Box, LLC is a General Contractor in the Fort Bragg, NC area seeking an Assistant Project Manager with federal construction experience. The role supports the Project Manager in achieving budget, schedule, and client satisfaction while handling document control, planning, and procurement.

The candidate will track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress, while coordinating with labor, subcontractors, and suppliers on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
• Experience with RedTeam and/or ProCore is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or 2+ years related industry experience; or 5 years of related industry experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with project documentation, scheduling, and administration.
• Develop and update planning, scheduling, and labor performance reports.
• Maintain control of change orders and reporting of additional work.
• Assist with material procurement and coordination with subcontractors.
• Support weekly meetings and meeting minutes; track RFIs and submittals.
• Assist with permits and project documentation processing.
