Job summary

MWH Constructors is seeking an experienced Federal Compliance Officer to support a high-impact project in the Northeast. You will lead regulatory integrity across federal contracting and construction execution, ensuring adherence to FAR, DFARS, and CMMC requirements.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of federal contracting compliance experience, with strong audit exposure (DCAA/DCMA/OFCCP) and knowledge of CAS, Buy American Act, and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in federal contracting compliance.
• Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
• Experience with CMMC and NIST 800-171.
• Familiarity with CAS and DCAA audits.
• OFCCP compliance audits exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs per FAR/DFARS/CAS.
• Manage contract compliance across divisions and projects.
• Prepare for and coordinate government audits (DCAA/DCMA/OFCCP).
• Oversee CMMC program and cybersecurity controls for FCI/CUI.
• Ensure Buy American Act compliance and documentation.
