Job summary

A leading water treatment construction company is seeking a Federal Compliance Officer to ensure regulatory integrity in federal contracting and construction execution. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of compliance management experience, with a strong grasp of federal regulations including FAR and DFARS. This role offers a salary range of $175,000 - $200,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% company-paid benefits and a flexible time-off program.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience managing compliance in federal contracting, preferably in construction.
• In-depth understanding of FAR and DFARS.
• Experience with CMMC framework and NIST 800-171 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance programs in accordance with federal regulations.
• Manage audit responses to DCAA and DCMA.
• Oversee CMMC compliance for protecting Federal Contract Information.
