Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking an experienced Compliance & Government Contract Administrator to support federally funded projects. The role involves managing regulatory forms, certifications, and reporting across multiple government portals and coordinating with payroll on wage rates.

The candidate will handle document control, contract administration, and risk assessments, while ensuring compliance for field teams and project staff on construction sites in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Minimum of five years of compliance experience in construction.
• Three years of compliance experience in construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and maintain required compliance forms with coordinators.
• Communicate regulations; distribute and document new forms.
• Maintain procedures for project and jobsite staff on federally funded projects.
• Audit payroll and wage rates; coordinate with payroll.
• Manage government portals and reporting systems (SAM.gov, eMARS, CPARS, RMS).
• Support small business reporting requirements and certifications.
• Maintain Owner Requirements for federal projects.
• Explain government compliance to subcontractors and teams.
• Assist with project start-up, file management, and contract administration.
• Assist with subcontractor documentation, including licenses and certifications.
• Review addenda with Operations Managers for compliance or risk.
