Job summary

ECC is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator or Contracts Manager to lead the administration of complex federal construction, environmental remediation, and international development contracts in the United States. The role involves governance, risk management, and collaboration with project teams, government officials, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of federal contracting experience, strong FAR/DFARS knowledge, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Contract Management, or a related field.
• Ten+ years of federal prime contract administration experience.
• Extensive knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal contracting requirements.
• CPCM certification or ability to obtain.
• Willingness to travel periodically.

Responsibilities

• Administer federal prime contracts and subcontracts through the entire lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Government Contracting Officers and agency representatives regarding contractual matters.
• Advise project teams on contract requirements, change management, REAs, and subcontract administration.
• Support and negotiate contract modifications, task orders, claims, and other contractual actions.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, agency-specific regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Mentor Contracts personnel for the Contracts Manager level.
• Contribute to development and improvement of contract policies and internal controls.
