Job summary

MWH Constructors is seeking an experienced Federal Compliance Officer to support critical projects in the Northeast. As Compliance Officer, you'll ensure regulatory integrity across federal contracting, develop compliance programs, and oversee audits and training.

This role requires extensive experience and knowledge of federal regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). The anticipated salary is between $175,000 - $200,000, alongside various comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience managing compliance within a federal contracting environment.
• In-depth understanding of FAR and DFARS, experience with CMMC framework and NIST 800-171.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance programs and procedures per federal regulations.
• Serve as the primary contact for contract compliance matters.
• Prepare and coordinate responses to audits by government agencies.
