Quantum Sky seeks an experienced Sales Engineer to support complex Federal and commercial software opportunities targeting FedRAMP and DoD IL4 authorization. The role blends cloud architecture, cybersecurity engineering, and technical sales to design credible, compliant cloud-native solutions.

You will lead discovery, architecture design, and customer engagements across AWS, Azure, and GCP, delivering demonstrations, proofs of concept, and credible security postures aligned with RMF, NIST SP

Competenze

• 8+ years in sales engineering or related technical customer-facing role.
• Experience with Federal agencies or Federal market opportunities.
• Experience supporting SaaS/software companies pursuing FedRAMP, DoD IL4, or other Federal authorizations.
• Strong knowledge of FedRAMP/NIST SP 800-53 controls (AC, IA, AU, SC, CM, SI, IR).
• Ability to translate security/compliance requirements into practical cloud architectures.

Mansioni

• Partner with sales to develop technical strategies for Federal opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities by identifying requirements, constraints, risks, and blockers.
• Lead technical discovery sessions on architecture, data flows, IAM, networking, logging, and security controls.
• Evaluate architectures against FedRAMP, NIST, DoD IL4, RMF, DISA, and STIG requirements.
• Act as technical advisor to SaaS vendors pursuing Federal authorizations.
• Translate findings into FedRAMP/DoD IL4 solution architectures and roadmaps.
• Develop reusable reference architectures and sales enablement materials.
