Job summary

Quantum Sky seeks a senior Sales Engineer to drive technical opportunities with U.S. Federal agencies and commercial providers pursuing FedRAMP and DoD IL4 authorization.

You will combine technical sales, cloud architecture, cybersecurity engineering, and Federal security controls to craft credible solutions. Lead customer technical discovery, evaluate architectures against FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, DoD IL4, and translate findings into implementation designs; deliver architecture diagrams,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales engineering, solutions architecture, cloud engineering, cybersecurity engineering, or related customer-facing role.
• Strong working knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, DoD IL4, DoD Cloud Computing SRG, RMF, DISA, STIGs, and Federal ATO.
• Deep understanding of containers, Kubernetes, serverless, AWS/Azure/GCP, DevSecOps, secure networking, IAM, encryption, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to develop technical strategies and qualify opportunities across the sales lifecycle.
• Lead customer technical discovery, evaluate architectures against FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, DoD IL4, and translate findings into solution designs.
• Deliver architecture diagrams, demonstrations, workshops, and technical proposal responses for Federal procurement activities.
