Job summary

Quantum Sky seeks a Business Development & Growth professional to drive revenue across federal government customers and B2B subcontracting opportunities as a subcontractor/partner. The role owns the full business-development lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to shaping requirements and supporting capture and proposals.

The ideal candidate understands the federal cybersecurity and compliance ecosystem, including FedRAMP, ATO/RMF, federal contracting, and GRC, and can translate those

Qualifications

• Experience in federal government business development, sales, capture, or account management.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a federal pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop federal government opportunities for cybersecurity products and managed services.
• Develop relationships with CIOs, CISOs, security leaders, program managers, contracting organizations, and Authorizing Officials.
• Monitor procurement vehicles and agency forecasts to identify opportunities and shape capture.
• Coordinate with technical, security, contracts, and delivery teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
