Job summary

Abridge is seeking a clinician-focused enablement lead to deliver training and enablement sessions for federal clients. You will tailor training to federal clinical workflows and assist implementation and expansion at new sites.

Applicants with 3+ years as a clinician, experience with EHR documentation, and strong relationship-building skills will thrive in a fast-growing, inclusive environment. Eligible full-time staff enjoy PTO, health plans, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a clinician (MD, DO, PA or NP).
• Experience with EHR documentation and clinical workflows.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Preferred: Federal clinical practice or informatics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinician enablement sessions and presentations for federal clients.
• Develop training tailored to federal clinical workflows.
• Support implementation and growth at new sites.
• Build relationships with clinical champions and provide workflow support.
