Vanta, a security and compliance platform, is seeking an Account Executive, Federal Civilian to lead new business with U.S. federal civilian agencies.

You will report to Head of Public Sector and drive revenue through strategic, multi‑stakeholder deals in a fast‑growing government market. You will cultivate relationships with federal decision‑makers, work cross‑functionally to close complex contracts, and help shape GTM plans while advancing Vanta's mission to simplify security for public sector

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive enterprise sales experience, including at least 4 years selling to federal government agencies within a SaaS company.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to build, maintain, and expand government business across priority civilian agencies.
• Cultivate, pursue, and capture federal civilian sales opportunities as an individual contributor.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Vanta and key federal civilian accounts; represent the Sales Team at industry events.
• Drive the sales and implementation of complex contracts, services, and solutions, closing deals through effective sales and negotiation methods.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create marketing materials, build channel partner relationships, and streamline GTM ops.
• Establish and grow strategic relationships with federal decision-makers, systems integrators, and technology partners.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the federal civilian market to inform product roadmap and pricing strategy.
