Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Change Management Practitioner in Suitland, Maryland to ensure project change initiatives meet objectives on time and budget. Responsibilities include developing training materials, delivering training sessions, and supporting communication efforts.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Change Management activities with federal agencies, and must hold an active TS/SCI security clearance.
The Change Management Practitioner will play a key role in ensuring projects change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
This role focuses on the people side of change—changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
Primary responsibility is creating and implementing communications and training material to support the change management strategy.
The practitioner works across the organization and may provide direct support and coaching to frontline managers and supervisors as they help direct reports through transitions.

Base pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is $111,900 - $145,100 USD.
