Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years’ experience in Change Management, Workforce Transformation, Agile Change, Change Analytics, or Design Thinking.
• Experience delivering change in a federal environment (2–3 years).
• Familiarity with digital technology platforms (Salesforce, Pega, ServiceNow, Appian) or cloud providers; cyber security familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Integrate change management strategies into broader project plans.
• Collaborate with federal stakeholders to align change efforts with mission objectives.
• Conduct readiness assessments and impact analyses to identify risks and mitigations.
• Develop detailed change management plans including communications and training strategies.
• Execute workshops, impact analyses, and engagement strategies to drive adoption.
• Create and deliver tailored communications to end-users.
• Monitor effectiveness and adjust activities based on feedback.
