Job summary

Pulice is seeking a Federal Business Development Manager to lead strategic engagement in the US Federal Market Sector, advancing opportunities from budgeting through post-award implementation.

The role focuses on CRM-driven opportunity tracking, affiliate collaboration, and winning complex infrastructure contracts while maintaining strong relationships with federal agencies and partners. Strong FAR knowledge and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in a related field.
• 10+ years of Federal construction or government contracting experience in business development or related field.
• Strong understanding of FAR and agency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops Federal project pursuit strategy with Area Operational leadership for assigned division.
• Tracks Federal Market Sector funding from budget requests through appropriations and acquisition stage.
• Builds and maintains relationships with Federal agencies and affiliates to align opportunities with company capabilities.
• Mentors regional BD leaders to identify and track opportunities in the CRM and support teaming efforts.
