Job summary

Pulice Construction, Inc. in the United States seeks a Federal Business Development Manager to lead pursuit strategy across the US Federal Market Sector. You will centralize CRM processes to improve profitability and win rates.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Area Operational leadership, tracking funding through budget and appropriations, and developing opportunities with agencies and joint ventures. A strong background in FAR and federal procurement tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Federal Construction or Government contracting experience.
• Federal agency experience with DOD, NAVFAC, GSA, USACE.
• Deep understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops federal project pursuit strategy with Area Operational leadership for assigned division.
• Tracks Federal Market Sector funding from budget requests through appropriations and development stages.
• Develops relationships with Federal Contract Acquisition Office staff and coordinates with joint ventures/affiliate partners.
• Mentors BD leaders in identifying and tracking opportunities in the CRM.
• Supports pursuit teams in BID/RFP responses and post-award handoffs.
• Provides timely CRM updates and detailed opportunity reports to leadership.
