- Federal Government experience is required.
- Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to translate market intelligence into opportunities.
- Experience with capture processes and government contracting lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with federal customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify federal opportunities and shape capture strategies; lead pursuit planning.
- Coordinate with proposal, delivery, pricing, contracts, and partners.
- Translate market intelligence into briefs, papers, and proposal inputs.
- Support post-submission debriefs and recompete planning.
