Responsibilities

Develop and execute market-specific growth strategy for Federal Buildings and Facilities.
Engage clients, coordinate with market leaders and service lines to align priorities and opportunities.
Review proposals, pricing strategies, and risk assessments to drive strong win rates.
Monitor market performance metrics (revenue, margins, backlog) and adjust as needed.
