Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a market-specific growth strategy by analyzing clients, funding sources, competitors, industry trends and opportunities.
• Strengthen market presence through client engagement, marketing, and industry involvement.
• Coordinate with market, regional, office, and service line leaders to align priorities and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline.
• Review and contribute to proposals, pricing strategies, and risk assessments.
• Manage market-specific financial performance: revenue, margin, backlog, utilization; take corrective actions as needed.
• Recruit key hires in collaboration with leaders to support strategic growth and staffing.
