Job summary

Clark Nexsen, a JMT Company, is seeking a Federal Buildings & Facilities Market Sector Leader to drive growth, strategy, client engagement, and operational excellence. The role involves leading initiatives across MILCON, sustainment, restoration, modernization, and alternative delivery, coordinating with marketing, business development, and project delivery teams.

The leader will monitor performance, develop risk and quality processes, and guide recruitment to support strategic expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 15+ years of industry experience preferred.
Experience in business development, project delivery, pricing and risk reviews, contract management, and financial management.
Proven ability to lead teams and influence across a matrixed organization.
Knowledge of federal market dynamics and AEC industry knowledge desired.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute market-specific growth strategies for Federal Buildings & Facilities.
Engage clients, coordinate with market and regional leaders, and manage opportunity pipelines.
Review proposals, pricing strategies, and risk assessments to drive performance.
Monitor market performance, margins, backlog, and utilization; implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate on recruitment and staff development to support strategic growth.
