Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market strategy for the Federal Buildings and Facilities sector.
• Monitor performance, risk, quality, safety, pricing, and scope in line with policy.
• Collaborate with market leaders to align priorities and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline.
• Lead recruitment and staff development with senior leadership to support growth.
• Provide technical and strategic guidance to project managers and staff.
• Identify internal barriers to growth and advocate for practical improvements and innovation.
