Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required and 3+ years of general maintenance experience in mechanical, electrical, carpentry or related fields.
• Completion of technical/vocational training in maintenance is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain security access may be required.

Responsibilities

• Replaces electrical components, plumbing fixtures, and related equipment.
• Repair and patch walls, ceilings, and floors; perform painting as needed.
• Maintain and repair doors, locks, and hardware; support safety systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to DMOs as needed.
• Flexible scheduling includes on-call rotations, overtime, and some weekends.
