Job summary

Deloitte France seeks a senior finance transformation professional to drive engagements across controllership, close and consolidation, record-to-report, and FP&A within our GPS practice. You will work with government and public sector clients, guiding teams and stakeholders to deliver value through design and technology-enabled finance solutions.

You will lead multi‑disciplinary workstreams, coordinate proposals, and engage with client leadership, while applying rigorous analysis,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• U.S. work authorization is required.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Willingness to travel 0–25% based on client work.
• 8+ years of experience in finance transformation, accounting advisory, controllership, or enterprise finance operations.
• 4+ years of experience leading project teams or client deliverables.
• 4+ years of experience developing recommendations for finance process improvement or operating model design.
• 4+ years of experience presenting status and recommendations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting transformation engagements across controllership, close and consolidation, record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and FP&A.
• Advise stakeholders on operating model, process, and governance improvements.
• Manage engagement teams, budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple phases.
• Identify issues, develop recommendations, and present solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Support business development including opportunity identification, proposals, and client relationships.
