Deloitte’s Government & Public Services GPS practice is hiring a Project - Consultant, Finance Managed Services to help clients across federal, state, and local government sectors transform their finance functions.

You will work on defense-focused programs, review financial processes, perform data analytics, and support program deliverables with on-site collaboration in St. Louis, MO. A Secret clearance and U.S. work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years supporting financial audit remediation, operational accounting, financial reporting, or process improvement.
• 2+ years reviewing accounting processes, reconciliations or internal controls.
• 2+ years conducting transaction-level testing or data analysis.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship; active Secret clearance.
• Onsite work in St. Louis, MO 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support financial audit remediation, operational accounting, reporting, and process improvement for defense-focused organizations.
• Review accounting processes, reconciliations, and internal controls to identify gaps and remediation.
• Conduct transaction-level testing and data analysis to identify issues and corrective actions.
• Prepare project deliverables, status materials, and documentation to support program execution.
• Provide on-site support, collaborate with stakeholders, and track actions to meet priorities and deliverables.
