Deloitte France in the United States Finance Operate practice seeks a Senior Manager, Solution Delivery to lead Controllership and Record-to-Report managed services within Financial Services. You will guide complex client engagements, client stakeholders, and delivery teams across mobilization, governance, and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 12+ years of accounting, financial reporting, controllership, or related finance services.
• 8+ years in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or similar environments.
• 8+ years in Financial Services Industry or serving FS clients.
• Experience leading complex solutioning, mobilization, and delivery for finance managed services.
• Ability to travel ~50%, depending on client needs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of complex managed services solutions for Controllership / Record-to-Report opportunities within the Financial Services Industry.
• Lead high-priority business development activities, proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses for Finance Operate opportunities.
• Advise senior client and Deloitte stakeholders, translating finance challenges into scalable operating models and roadmaps.
• Lead Finance Operate pipeline and deal-flow management for the Financial Services sector.
• Oversee mobilization and delivery excellence, governance, transition planning, and service management.
• Partner with account and industry leaders to identify growth opportunities and expand Finance Operate services.
• Drive standardization, automation, and technology enablement across engagements.
• Develop repeatable solution assets, methodologies, and delivery approaches for Controllership/Record-to-Report.
