Job summary

Deloitte France's Finance Transformation group is seeking a Strategic Change Manager to lead the people and culture aspects of our internal Finance Transformation program, driving adoption of a human-led, AI-powered finance ecosystem.

You will design change strategies, engage stakeholders, and partner with leadership to align sponsors across Finance and the business. You will deliver communications, measure outcomes, and report progress to program leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or Communications.
• 7+ years of change management and/or communications experience in strategic transformations.
• Proven ability to design and execute change strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Limited travel (10-20%) with remote work possible when not co-locating with team or client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage fit-for-purpose change management strategies and plans for large-scale Finance Transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments to inform data-driven strategies.
• Build leadership alignment and engage sponsors across Finance and business leadership.
• Develop and deliver creative communications and engagement activities with SMEs and leadership.
• Measure intervention effectiveness using defined metrics and evolve plans to improve adoption.
• Report progress to program leadership and proactively escalate risks and issues.
