• Position CDM Smith as the preferred design subcontractor early in procurement cycles and negotiate exclusivity and teaming terms.
• Lead teaming strategy across federal opportunities from target identification to teaming agreements.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline of federal opportunities and coordinate with CSLs and pursuit teams.
• Translate procurement criteria into competitive designer-led subcontracting or JV structures.
• Track government agency movement toward accelerated delivery methods and allocate pursuit resources.
