Job summary

CDM Smith seeks an experienced leader to drive federal alternative delivery opportunities across the United States. You will shape partnerships with regional and national General Contractors for progressive design‑build and other DB contracts, aligning pursuit resources with prime contractor interests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 15 years of related experience in federal architecture, engineering, and construction business development or equivalent.
• Demonstrated understanding of federal procurement mechanics (FAR Part 36) and two‑phase Design‑Build selections.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDM Smith’s strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors.
• Develop and execute teaming strategies to improve probability of award.
• Establish direct relationships with contractors and negotiate teaming terms.
• Coordinate with CSLs and pursuit teams from target identification through teaming agreements.
