Michels Corporation in Renton, WA is seeking an Alternative Delivery Manager - Federal to lead all phases of federal projects using alternative delivery methods. You will drive design integration, pursuit and proposals, and contract management with internal teams and clients.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a track record in design-build or CMGC, with travel up to 50%. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and 5+ years' federal project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering; 5+ years of project management or construction management experience.
• 5-7 years design/construction management experience on delivering federal projects.
• Experience with alternative delivery projects (design-build, CMGC, progressive design build).
• Travel requirements may exceed 50% depending on assignment and project requirements.
• Experience in key project leadership roles and client management.
• Understanding of win strategies, pricing and project scheduling.
• Experience in technical writing and scheduling/estimating software.
• Valid driver's license for appropriate vehicle types.

Responsabilités

• Provide direction and management for all phases of alternative/collaborative delivery projects.
• Lead PDB design integration management on federal projects.
• Involve in business development, teaming, pursuits & proposals, and contract/design management.
• Be goal oriented, organized, and professional to exceed client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with internal Michels teams and external partners.
