Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking an Alternative Delivery Manager to lead all phases of alternative/collaborative delivery projects, including business development, teaming, pursuits & proposals, and active contract/design management.

The role requires goal orientation, strong organizational skills, and exceptional verbal and written communication with internal teams and external clients. Travel may exceed 50% depending on assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of project management/construction management experience
• Experience with alternative delivery projects (design-build, CMGC, progressive design-build)
• Construction experience in tunnel engineering and construction
• Significant client management on project pursuits and delivery
• Understanding of scheduling, estimating and project controls software
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and management for all phases of alternative/collaborative delivery projects
• Lead business development, teaming, pursuits & proposals
• Oversee active contract and design management across projects
• Communicate effectively with Michels teams and external partners/clients
• Travel as required up to 50% depending on assignment
