Michels Corporation in Milwaukee seeks an Alternative Delivery Manager - Federal to lead all phases of alternative/collaborative delivery on federal projects. You will drive design integration, manage proposals, and coordinate business development, teaming and contract activities.

The role requires strong leadership, superb communication, and a track record in design-build or CMGC methods, with travel and client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of project management or construction management experience.
• 5-7 years of design/construction experience on federal projects.
• Experience with alternative delivery (design-build, CMGC, progressive design-build).
• Travel may exceed 50% depending on assignment and project needs.
• Experience in client management on project pursuits and delivery.
• Understanding of win strategies, pricing and scheduling.
• Experience in technical writing and with scheduling/estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and management for all phases of alternative/collaborative delivery projects.
• Lead capture/pursuit/proposals and transition to lead PDB design integration management.
• Involve in business development, teaming, pursuits & proposals, and contract/design management.
• Demonstrate goal-oriented, organized, professional approach to exceed client expectations.
