Job summary

GuidePoint Security LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Alliances for the Federal territory to drive joint GTM plans with strategic federal partners. You will lead executive-level engagement, align V RM strategies, and push KPI-driven growth across the Federal region.

You will collaborate with VRM and regional sales leadership to enable enablement, vendor insights, and escalation support, while driving partnerships, margins, and marketing outcomes through strategic vendor programs.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of managing and accelerating large, strategic partnerships.
• Strong presentation and organizational skills with executives (SVP/EVP, C-suite).
• Experience working on both sides of the partnership — partner AND vendor.
• Proven track record of setting and exceeding KPIs that impact goals.
• Demonstrates willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools.
• Dynamic leader in fast-paced environments with a team-first attitude.
• Proven experience building and scaling a Partner Program in cybersecurity or cloud startups or F1000 organizations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute joint GTM plans with high-impact federal partnerships.
• Lead day-to-day engagement with executives at high-impact partners in Federal territory.
• Shape systems, processes and KPIs; evolve how partnerships are measured and expanded.
• Align GTM strategies with Federal leadership; drive KPIs with Strategic Vendors.
• Ensure key executives of partner GTM teams are interlocked with GuidePoint at the Federal level.
• Communicate strategy and KPI progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Increase margins and marketing spend to drive sales, pipeline, and partner satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to measure event outcomes and vendor participation.
• Lead Federal vendor meetings and track vendor growth and programs.
• Track vendor escalations from origin to resolution with updates.
