Job summary

OMW Consulting in Washington, DC seeks an Enterprise Account Director to lead federal security sales into the Department of War and Intelligence Agencies. You will drive revenue growth for security for AI solutions by building strategic plans, managing key SES-level relationships, and negotiating complex contracts.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and research to tailor proposals and demos, leveraging existing procurement vehicles and federal programs.

Qualifications

• 5 to 15 years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience, selling into federal buyers.
• Existing relationships and a track record in DoD and Intelligence Community accounts.
• Experience with Salesforce and Clari.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a strategic sales plan to hit targets and expand the customer base.
• Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the Department of War and Intelligence Agencies, including SES-level executives.
• Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions.
• Use existing procurement vehicles including AWS/ICMP, MDA Shield, SEWP V and a GSA Multi-year IDIQ contract.
• Partner with internal teams on tailored proposals, presentations and demos.
• Track pipeline, forecasting and performance in Salesforce and Clari.
• Represent the company at Federal events, conferences and seminars.
