Job summary

Far West Federal Holding, LLC seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead performance of the PBGC Procurement Department Support Services contract. You will act as the single point of contact, directing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring deliverables, schedule, and contract performance from cradle to grave.

You will oversee transition activities, establish authority lines, and maintain ethical, customer-focused operations across PBGC Headquarters and approved telework arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, acquisition management, public administration, project management, or related field.
• At least 12 years of federal acquisition/procurement experience.
• Five+ years leading multidisciplinary contractor teams on complex contracts.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and federal lifecycle processes.
• Experience managing personnel, subcontractors, quality control, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact between PBGC and contractor personnel.
• Manage contractor staff including recruiting, onboarding, timekeeping, and performance.
• Direct contract performance across all PWS areas, ensuring timeliness and quality.
• Review deliverables before government submission.
• Implement and maintain the Quality Control Plan and performance metrics.
• Lead transition efforts and ensure operational program management.
• Coordinate surge support for end-of-fiscal-year workloads and changes.
• Ensure compliance with security, 508, and IOC requirements.
