Job summary

WSB in Miami seeks an experienced Survey CAD Technician with FDOT standards knowledge to join our transportation-focused team. You will process field data, prepare ALTA surveys, and create boundary and topographic surveys using AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and ORD under FDOT guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of diverse survey experience, a valid Florida driver's license, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of diverse survey project experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation SS10, and Open Roads Designer (ORD).
• Experience with Right of Way Control Survey Map, Right-of-Way Mapping, and Right-of-Way Maintained Map.
• Valid Florida Driver License and ability to follow directions and procedures.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process survey field data using Leica INFINITY.
• Prepare ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys and boundary/topographic surveys.
• Interpret and plot deeds and plats for various properties.
• Utilize FDOT surveying standards and mapping procedures.
• Work with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and ORD under FDOT requirements.
